| 摘 要： | 2008年1月27日至2月16日,白沙县遭受了建站有气象记录以来持续时间最长的低温阴雨灾害天气。对农业、林业、畜牧业、渔业等行业产生了严重影响,影响范围广,程度重,为白沙县历史上罕见的低温冷害事件。通过分析这次低温阴雨天气过程的特征及农业受灾情况,并提出了灾后恢复农业生产补救建议和防御措施。

| Abstract: | Under the influence of the low-temperature disaster from Jan.27th to Feb.16th of 2008 that Baisha countruy had ever suffered,it had a great loss in agriculture,forestry,stockbreeding.Though the analysis of weather characteristics and the agriculture disasters,some advice and measure were brought forward for the agriculture recovery. |
