| Abstract: | A Remtech PA2 sodar has been operated at two hilltop sites in New Zealand overperiods of several months. Data were lost predominantly in periods of high windspeed. Data obtained from the sodar have been used to obtain typical wind profilesat the sites for the cross-ridge direction for neutral stratification and have beencompared with model profiles. |
