| 摘 要： | 基于Windows98平台用Fortran语言开发而成的最新版本的天气图自动填、绘图软件，一改过去DOS环境下的命令行操作方式，通过引入窗口、图标和菜单技术，不仅具有图文并茂的友好操作界面、灵活多样的人机接口方式，而且具有处理资料速度快，填绘图质量好，程度运行稳定可靠等优点。实践证明，它可以满足气象业务台站的使用要求。 |

| Abstract: | The lastest version of the software for automatically plotting and drafting weather chart has developed by using Fortran based on the Windows98 platform.As a result of introducing window,icon and menu techniques,it is characteristic of friendly graph and character operation interfaces,flexible and changeable man-machine interactions,faster processing of data,good quality of plotting and drafting,and high stability.Practice confirmed that the software satisfactorily meets the demand of meteorological observatories and stations. |
