| 摘 要： | 天气雷达是当前国内人工影响天气作业特别是地面人工防雹作业指挥最有效和最直接的探测、指挥工具，但不同类型、不同探测方式的天气雷达的探测产品难以有效地应用于人工防雹作业指挥。介绍了以市县级人工防雹业务为需求，采用VC＋VB为程序开发语言，应用图形图像处理技术、GIS技术、客户服务器技术、数据库技术和多媒体技术设计研制的基于多雷达产品应用的市县级人工防雹作业指挥系统的系统组成、运行流程和相关技术，并给出了相应的作业指挥判据指标。业务应用个例分析表明，市县级人工防雹作业指挥系统的应用使不同类型的天气雷达的多种探测产品在人工防雹作业指挥中得到了相互补充，有利于人工防雹作业指挥水平的提高。
