物联网在人工影响天气装备弹药管理中的应用

摘    要:本研究以物联网技术为基础,利用条码、二维码和射频电子标签标识、射频扫码技术、声光电自动感应技术、GPS/GIS技术进行信息采集,建立人工影响天气装备弹药物联网管理系统,实现人工影响天气装备弹药从生产、验收、转运、仓储到发射作业的全程监控。在北京、陕西、贵州、河南4个地区进行试点开发研究,根据有源/无源射频识别(RFID)、二维码/条形码、火箭弹/高炮炮弹以及信息采集技术分别开展不同技术模式的应用试验,将弹药信息按照统一格式汇集至国家级物联网系统,有效提高了全国人工影响天气装备弹药信息采集的准确性和时效性,并结合有效传感器、无线通信技术,解决了大范围内的作业数据自动化采集及地面作业信息实时监控,提高人工影响天气作业安全管理的科技水平和业务信息化现代化程度,对全国开展人工影响天气装备物联网建设工作具有较强的参考价值。

Abstract:This application is based on the Internet Of Things (IOT) technology, bar codes, two dimension codes, Radio Frequency IDentification (RFID) technology, acoustic photoelectric automatic sensing technology, and GPS/GIS technology to build the IOT management system of weather modification equipment. It is to achieve the entire process monitoring of the weather modification equipment and ammunition from production, acceptance, transshipment, warehousing to launch. This project selected four provinces (cities) as the pilot provinces to carry out the application experiment of different technical models according to the active/passive RFID, two dimensional/bar codes, rockets and antiaircraft guns, and different information acquisition technology. The information in accordance with the unified format was collect by the national level system. This project improved the accuracy and timeliness of the weather modification equipment and ammunition information collection; meanwhile, the effective sensors and wireless communication technology were combined to solve automatic data acquisition and real time monitoring of ground operation information, which improved the level of technology and the modernization of the weather modification information management, being of the reference value to the IOT building of the other provinces.
