一次冰雹天气特征及人工防雹对策

摘    要:利用天气学、多普勒天气雷达原理及天气预报经验对2011年8月23日发生在鄂尔多斯市康巴什地区冰雹天气过程进行分析,冰雹天气发生时雷达回波中反射率因子强度达到65dBz,有多个回波强核组织在一起,垂直积分液态水含量达到55kg.m2.天气图表现为前倾槽及上冷下暖不稳定对流区,地面为蒙古气旋南压到鄂尔多斯。当上述特征值出现时,可以发布冰雹天气预警,制定防雹作业指挥方案,为防灾减灾决策提供科学依据.

A Hail Weather Characteristic and Manual Hail Suppression Countermeasure

Abstract:Using the synoptic meteorology, Doppler radar principle and weather forecast experience, the hail weather process that happened on August 23, 2011 in Kangbashi area of Ordos was analyzed, the radar reflectivi- ty intensity was 65dBz when hail weather happened, there were multiple echo strong nucleus organized together, the vertical accumulate integrated liquid moisture content reached 55kg / m2. Weather chart showed that the forward channel and unstable convection zone, the Mongolia cyclone moved to south and Erdos in the ground. When the feature value appeared, it could release the hail early warning, formulate operation command scheme of hail suppression, and provide scientific basis for disaster prevention and mitigation.
