碟形弹簧自复位梁柱钢节点受力性能分析

摘    要:针对自复位节点钢绞线预应力损失的问题,提出了一种新型碟形弹簧自复位梁柱钢节点。介绍了该节点的构造,对该节点的力学性能进行了理论分析。采用ABAQUS建立了碟形弹簧自复位梁柱钢节点的有限元模型,根据理论分析的计算结果验证了有限元分析的准确性。分析了弹簧预压力、摩擦系数、弹簧刚度和腹板摩擦装置的螺栓预紧力对该节点受力性能的影响。结果表明:碟形弹簧自复位梁柱钢节点在低周循环荷载作用下的滞回曲线为旗帜形,具有较好的复位能力和耗能能力。弹簧预压力、摩擦系数和腹板摩擦装置的螺栓预紧力对节点开口弯矩、耗能能力和复位能力的影响较大;弹簧刚度对自复位节点开口后刚度、耗能能力和残余变形的影响较大。

Abstract:This paper presents an innovation type of self-centering connection equipped with disc spring devices (SC-DS connection)to solve the prestresslost in the self-centering connection. The configuration of the SC-DS connection was introduced,and the mechanical performance of the SC-DS connection was theoretically analyzed. The finite element model of the SC-DS connection was built up by ABAQUS,and the finite element model was verified via the calculation results of the theoretical analysis.Subsequently,the effect of parameters including the preload of disc spring devices,the friction coefficient of friction plate,the stiffness of disc spring devices and the bolt preload of web friction device on the mechanical property of the SC-DS connection was analyzed.The analysis results show that the SC-DS connection exhibits flag-shaped hysteretic characteristic,and it has good energy dissipation and self-centering capability.The spring preloads,the friction coefficients and the bolt preloads of web friction device have great influence on the gap-opening moment,the energy dissipation and the self-centering capability. The stiffness of disc spring devices does significantly affect the postyield stiffness,the energy dissipation and the residual deformation.
