| 摘 要： | "十二五"是我国经济社会发展和转型的关键时期,国资委要求中央企业发挥战略管理的统领作用,强化集团管控。实施一体化管理,是落实国资委加强中央企业集团管控能力的需要。本文以南方电网集团一体化管理模式为案例,研究了大型央企集团技术竞争情报系统一体化管理运维新理念,可为大型企业和竞争情报界开展相关情报系统建设及研究提供借鉴和参考。

Research on Integrated Management, Operation and Maintenance of Competitive Technical Intelligence System for Large Central State-owned Enterprise Groups |

| Abstract: | The 12th Five-year Plan period is critical for China’s eco-social development and transformation.SASAC(State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission) has required the central state-owned enterprises to play a commanding role in strategic management,and strengthen group control,which necessitates the implementation of integrated management.Taking the integrated management mode of China Southern Power Grid Co.,Ltd.(CSG) for example,a research is made on the new concept of integrated management,operation and maintenance of competitive technical intelligence(CTI) system for large central state-owned enterprise groups,thus providing reference for large enterprises and competitive intelligence(CI) peers to carry out construction and research on related intelligence systems. |
