移动图书馆平台的用户体验测评

用户体验直接影响到用户对移动图书馆平台的接受程度和满意程度.在分析移动图书馆平台用户体验内涵的基础上, 提出一个量化移动图书馆平台用户体验的指标体系, 并通过测试任务, 分析用户对移动图书馆平台现有功能的用户体验现状.结果表明:用户对移动图书馆平台的总体评价是积极的, 但在技术、交互方面的体验评价不高;同时, 不同使用时间的用户的具体体验感受也存在一定的差异.进而有针对性地提出移动图书馆平台的发展建议:注重各个服务模块之间的融合, 以提高整体用户体验, 尤其是要着力提高用户与平台之间的交互体验.

The Measurement and Analysis of User Experience in Mobile Library Platform

ser experience is supposed to directly affect users' acceptance and satisfaction of the mobile library platform. On the basis of analyzing the connotation of user experience in mobile library platform, this paper puts forward some systematic indicators that quantitatively measure the user experience in mobile library platform. Then, through some testing tasks and a questionnaire, we analyze the current situation of user experience on the existing functions of mobile library platform. The results show that the overall evaluation is positive, whereas it is not high in terms of evaluating the technology and interactive experience. Also there are some differences in the specific experience of the users whose using time is different. According to the investigation, this paper proposes some suggestions in order to realize the further development of mobile library platform. For example, the mobile library platform should focus on the integration among various service modules to enhance the overall user experience, especially improving the interaction experience.
