摘    要:本文以多元线性回归为数据分析手段,建立了以当今图书馆员继续承诺为因变量的回归方程模型。该模型的自变量涉及四类,分别是:1、人口学基本信息:馆级领导,进馆5年以内,年龄31-40、51-60,东北地区,研究馆员;2、快乐指数因子:目标价值体验,身体健康体验;3、工作满意度因子:组织氛围满意度,公平满意度;4、快乐程度自评:未来五年与目前的快乐自评。并尝试对这些因子的影响进行了分析

Abstract:Based on the systematical and comprehensive survey on the factors of librarians’ continuance commitment, a model whose dependent factor is librarians’ continuance commitment has been established by means of a multiple regression analysis. The significant independent factors including four groups are described as follows: 1、private information — library leader, work time less than 5 years, age 31-40, and age 51-60; 2、The librarians’ subjective well-bing — aim value and health experience; 3、the librarians’ work satisfaction — organizational atmosphere and fairness satisfaction. 4、self-evaluated happyness — in the future five years and at present. Results are summarized and suggestions are provided after data analysis.
