| 摘 要： | 着眼于情报效能的发挥，阐述情报研究质量控制的意义。在对有关研究成果分析总结的基础上论述沟通、素材、情报产品形式以及情报项目工作分解等影响情报研究质量的因素，强调质量控制的重点在于重视评价过程中的主观因素。最后提出改进我国情报研究质量控制的主要措施与方法。

| Abstract: | The research put emphasis on the importance of the quality control in intelligence studies from the view point of efficiency. Based on the literature review, the key success factors of an intelligence project are summarized as the communication, the raw data, the format of reports, and the procedures. As a key element in the control processing, the subjective factor can not be avoided in the evaluation of intelligence quality. Several proposals to improve the quality control in Chinese intelligence studies are presented at the end of the paper. |
