| 摘 要： | 团队背景下企业隐性知识的学习主要表现为项目个人、团队学习的成果通过各种形式向企业转移。影响个人、团队向企业进行知识转移的因素包括领导的支持、组织的机构特质和知识吸收能力、知识的阐释传播与运用、组织中的知识黄页、团队间知识转移的制约因素等。

| Abstract: | Tacit knowledge learning under the team context mainly takes the form of knowledge transfer from individual and team's learning outcomes to corporation.Factors influencing knowledge transfer include leader's support,characteristics and knowledge absorption ability of organization,knowledge illustration and exertion,yellow pages of knowledge and restrictions to knowledge transfer between teams,etc. |
