| 摘 要： | 随着中国和欧盟关于中国加入世贸组织的谈判的结束，中国“入世”已进入最后的程序化阶段。信息产业在中美“入世”谈判中是重中之重，“入世”后中国信息产业面临着什么样的机遇和挑战，是摆在中国信息产业界面前的一个十分重要的课题。文章重点分析“入世”为信息产业带来的机遇和挑战，为并提出相应的对策。

| Abstract: | At the conclusion of China's negotiation with European League on China's entering into the WTO, it has entered the final stylized phase. IT industry is the heart of China's negotiation with the USA. What opportunities would IT industry face after China's entering into the WTO, which is a very important topic for IT industry in China. The article analyzes the opportunities and challenges of IT industry after China enters into the WTO and puts forward some appropriate measures. |
