| 摘 要： | 从竞争情报的内涵、特征及涉及内容入手剖析竞争情报在知识产权制度下的适用性，从专利、商标、版权及商业秘密4个角度就如何在知识产权制度下对竞争情报进行合理保护及规避进行简单阐述，明晰竞争情报的法律属性及其在具体实践中所应注意的知识产权制度保护。希望借此提升对竞争情报的司法保护，进一步提升企业竞争力。
