| 摘 要： | 在总结知识发酵理论的基础上，构建校企合作技术创新的知识发酵模型，并对模型的构成要素及其相互关系进行分析；进而将校企合作技术创新过程划分为确定知识菌种、建立合作技术创新组织等5个阶段，剖析校企合作技术创新的过程机理，从知识酶反应角度建立校企合作技术创新反应方程，直观体现校企合作技术创新的协同创新机理。
