人文社科领域引进创新人才学术成长效能实证研究——以高校A为例

摘    要:目的/意义] 对影响人文社科领域引进人才绩效的因素进行多方面的实证研究,有助于考察引进人才在聘期内的学术能力成长效能,建立合理的考核评价指标。方法/过程] 通过相关性分析和回归分析等方法,以高校A引进人文社科领域创新人才为数据样本,从人才引进时人员的基本情况、学术产出、科研资金投入、学术影响力和合作关系等方面构建影响该类人员引进效能评估的指标体系。结果/结论] 人文社科领域人才引进效能受到人员引进前基本情况的影响,其学术产出、科研投入、合作情况和影响力逐层对其成长效能产生有效影响,其中以关键作者身份发文数量、依托引进单位发文数量、专著数量、获得该单位资助科研金额、引进前合作学者数量和CSSCI被引次数等变量呈现较好的评价效果。人文社科引进人才的常用指标在回归分析时出现了相互影响,需要对同一数据类型中自相关较高或共线性较高的因素进行选择。多方面考察的同时,选择有代表性的指标方能有效地揭示引进人才的成长效能。

Abstract:Purpose/significance] A multidimensional empirical study on the factors that affect the introduced talents performance in the field of humanities and social sciences will help to examine their growth effectiveness of academic abilityin the employment period and establish a reasonable evaluation index system.Method/process] Using correlation analysis and regression analysis, collecting the data of innovative talents introduction in humanities and social sciences of university A as data samples, this paper constructs an index system including indexes such as the basic situation of the talents, academic output, investment in scientific research, academic influence and cooperation, etc., which could influence the growth effectiveness of these talents.Result/conclusion] Controlled by the basic situation before the introduction, the active degree of academic output, scientific research investment, cooperation and academic influence have an effective impact on its effectiveness. The factors, such as number of journal articles published as key author,the number of journal articles publishedby the units which talents belonged to, number of monographs, scientific research investment from talents introduction units, national project funding, number of former co-scholars, and CSSCI cited times, show a better evaluation results.The common indicators of the introduced talents in humanities and social sciences have a mutual influence in the regression analysis, and they need to be selectedwhen some factors have highcorrelation or collinearity in the same data type. As inspecting in many aspect, selecting the most representative indicators can effectively reveal the introductiontalents' growth effectiveness.
