| 摘 要： | 企业的技术创新过程是对信息的处理与开发过程。在提出企业技术创新过程中信息运动模型基础上，指出信息对于企业技术创新主要有三方面的作用：信息是形成创新动机的基础、信息能够减少技术创新的风险、信息决定企业技术创新发展路径。
