| 摘 要： | 采用文献研读、与国外专家面对面交流探讨相结合的研究方法，从组织机构、企业推动竞争情报工作的机制和力量、企业竞争情报队伍、企业竞争情报产品线、企业竞争情报产品和过程体现的专业水平、竞争情报对企业经营绩效产生的影响、企业竞争情报文化7个方面，归纳非量化评价竞争情报最佳实践企业评价的7条基本标准，为定性评价企业竞争情报工作提供方法依据。
