| 摘 要： | 利用SVM神经网络的原理，建立SVM评估模型并在MATLAB中进行仿真，得出的测试结果与某机构的评价分析结果吻合，从而实现对高校科研能力的评估，为评价模型的广泛应用提供新的思路和方法。

| Abstract: | This paper uses the theory of the SVM,establishes SVM model,and stimulates in MATLAB to realize the evaluation of university scientific research ability.Through the analysis of the experimental simulation results,it finds that the results are the same as the evaluation results of an institution,which has realized the evaluation of university scientific research ability and has practical significance and provides new ideas and methods which can be widely promoted. |
