| 摘 要： | 随着数字时代的来临，学术电子书近年来得到快速发展。为确保采购质量与价格优惠，台湾地区图书馆对学术电子书实行联盟采购已经成为了发展趋势。论文探讨了图书馆联盟采购的方式与效益，指出了存在的问题，并提出了充分发挥图书馆联盟采购效益的建议。
