The Interactivity between the Humanistic Environment in the Library and the Service to the Readers

This paper explains the connotations of humanistic environment in the library and the construion of humanist environment. The humanistic environment has many layers of meaning, including the humanistic pursuit of physical environment, human - centered cons - ciousness in the process of service and the human - centered atmosphere in the work relation - ship.
