| Abstract: | Based on the development of universities under the background of “double first-class” university construction, the paper starts with personnel management reform, uses SWOT to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges of personnel archives utilization, and discusses the utilization value and development status of personnel archives in order to promote the scientization, institutionalization, and standardization of personnel archives management. |
