| 摘 要： | 开展公共文化服务、构建公共文化服务体系是当前我国文化建设与服务中的一个热点问题,文化事业单位是公共文化服务体系的四大核心主体之一,作为文化事业单位的县级图书馆是这一大主体的基石与重要组成部分,并通过覆盖基层、服务公益性与服务弱势群体等方面表现出来,县级图书馆可以通过吸纳多方资金,发展总分馆、中心馆与依托学校图书馆等多种模式构建完善公共文化服务体系,但在发展中需注意技术应用、可持续发展、交流与合作等问题。
