经济欠发达地区中小企业信息资源共享创新模式研究

由于经济欠发达地区的中小企业在企业经营理念、经营能力和条件以及员工素质的限制等方面存在着先天性缺陷,这些地区的中小企业整体竞争力尤其是在信息资源的获取与利用方面远远不如其他地区的企业,文章着力研究经济欠发达地区中小企业信息资源共享模式的创建,提出企业、行业协会和政府共同搭建一个信息资源共享平台,从而来解决在信息背景下经济欠发达地区中小企业对信息资源的需求问题。参考文献3。

Research on Information Resources Sharing Innovation Model of SMEs in Under-developed Areas

For the congenital defects of SMEs （small-and-medium-sized enterprises） in business philosophy, management capacity and conditions and the restrictions on employees＇ quality in under-developed areas, the overall competitiveness of SMEs in these regions especiaUy the capacity of the acquisition and utilization of information resources is far worse than those in other regions. This paper devotes to studying the creation of information resource sharing model for SMEs in under-developed areas, proposes that the businesses, trade associations and government together bui/d an information resource sharing phfform to meet the information resources needs of SMEs in under-developed areas under the information background. 3 refs.
