| Abstract: | This paper introduces the classical mode of patent management in the universities of the United States, named Office of Technology Licensing （OTL） of Stanford University and also briefly introduces the working efficiency and the working flow of the OTL. By comparing with OTL, it points out the deficiency of patent management in universities of China. Hefei University oi Technology introduced patent novelty search into patent management so that information specialists played an important role in the patent managewent. 9 refs. |
