| Abstract: | Take the Institute for Scientific and Technical Information in France （INIST） as an object of study, the paper focuses on its development, services, research, cooperation, etc., especially on the successful experience of literature provision and delivery and cooperation. The paper intends to reveal the whole picture and characteristics of its scientific and technical information work, in order to provide reference to the development of scientific and technical information organizations in China. |
