| 摘 要： | 文章分析了“百人计划”中环境、能源和材料领域入选者的合作特征，以“中国高层次科技人才信息数据库”中收录的“百人计划”入选者发表的SCI论文为样本，分析了入选者合作发表论文量、合作规模、合作频次和合著网络特征，最后为中国高层次学术带头人的培养提出了建议。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the collaborative characteristics of 100 person project of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in the fields of environment, energy and material. Based on the published SCI papers of the researchers who were selected in 100 person project of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, included in the database of high-level Chinese academic talents, this paper discusses the characteristics of collaborative scale, collaborative frequency and co-author network. And then policy recommendations are made to cultivate academic leaders. |
