The Research on Mechanism of Personal Knowledge Management in Social Media: A Study from the Perspective of Social Network Analysis

Social network analysis is an important research paradigm of knowledge management. This thesis attempt to analyze the mechanism of personal knowledge management from the perspective of social network analysis. From microscopic visual angle, personal knowledge management should be conducted on the philosophy of interaction in order to transfer the explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge. From macroscopic visual angle, it is wonderful to study knowledge sharing and coordination based on the social capital. Specifically speaking, strong and weak tie affect knowledge transmission aspiration, network structure affect knowledge transmission probability, personal cognitive affect knowledge management capacity.
