Research on the guarantee of the foreign electronic core journals——Taking Suzhou University Library as an example

Based on the analysis of the present situation of the full-text foreign electronic journals subscribed by Suzhou University Library,the article makes a comparison between the list of foreign electronic journals of science,engineering,agriculture and medicine and the list of SCI journal partitions.The needs of e-journals in Suzhou University Library,and the concrete measures to optimize the information resources of the library are also discussed in the article.
