| Abstract: | With the transformation of the main economic mode in China, making tenders for purchasing books and periodicals has been becoming a major channel in libraries. This essay makes an analysis of the necessity to purchase books and periodicals for libraries by making tenders for document acquisition, points out the favorable influences on and some deficiencies in the library document acquisition, and presents some to the existing problems. |
