| Abstract: | By illustrating the practical activities for volunteer librarians organize by Bao′an library, this paper expounds the achievements and problems of the activities on the basis of the volunteers′ recruitment, training and motivation mechanism. In addition, related analysis is proposed about the volunteer activities implemented by public libraries in several aspects. |
