| Abstract: | This article analyzes the influence of Web 2.0 on personal knowledge management,studies personal knowledge management process,synthesizes personal knowledge characteristics under the Web 2.0 environment,proposes the necessity of training personal knowledge management skill,and discusses the approaches for ability cultivation and capability management of personal knowledge management from the creation,organization and sharing. |
