社会化阅读用户不持续使用意愿实证研究

社会化阅读用户不持续使用现象广泛存在,阻碍了社会化阅读进程,用户不持续使用意愿影响因素值得深究。文章以期望失验理论和压力源-应变-结果框架为理论模型基础,针对图书阅读类社会化阅读APP(微信读书)的用户不持续使用意愿影响因素进行问卷调查,采用AMOS 24软件对模型假设进行验证。研究发现,负面感知绩效、不满意、使用倦怠均对用户不持续使用意愿有着显著正向影响,功能过载、社交过载、信息过载通过使用倦怠对用户不满意和不持续使用意愿产生影响。不满意作为负面感知绩效、使用倦怠与不持续使用意愿之间的中介变量,中介作用显著。

Empirical Research on Social Reading Users’Discontinuous Usage Intention

Discontinuous usage is widespread in social reading,and the influencing factors of discontinuous usage intention are worth further investigation.In this paper,first a theoretical model based on the Expected Disconfirma?tion theory and the Stressors-Strain-Outcomes Framework is proposed,then a questionnaire survey is conducted on the influencing factors of social reading users’discontinuous usage of WeChat Reading APP,and in the end AMOS 24 is used to test the proposed theoretical model.The result shows that negative perception,dissatisfaction and use burnout have significant positive effects on social reading users’discontinuous usage intention,while functional overload,social overload,and informational overload would affect social reading users’discontinuous usage intention via use burnout.Besides,as a mediating variable of negative perceived performance,burnout and discontinuous usage intention,dissatisfaction plays a key mediating role.
