Abstract:According to the content, characteristics and service model of knowledge service, the article discussed the demanded human resources for knowledge service, proposed a plan to construct dynamic knowledge service teamwork. Moreover, it also discussed the indraught of culturing talents with double academic degrees and the training of highquality talents.
