| 摘 要： | 本文借助委托-代理模型，解析大学与大学图书馆委托-代理关系，探讨图书馆管理者隐匿信息和隐匿行动问题、学生的“名义委托人”问题、图书馆管理者的委托与代理双重身份问题、以及图书馆管理者的监管等问题，力图找出影响图书馆发展的制度性障碍。

| Abstract: | In virtue of the model of Principal - Agent relationship, this article analyses the Principal -Agent relationship between college and college library, and discusses the agency problems including the hidden information and the hidden action by the librarian, the nominal principal of students, wearing two hats- principal and agent, and the supervision of librarian,etc, tries to find out the institutional barriers which influences library development. |
