对新形势下福建省公共数字文化工程融合创新发展的几点思考

于2000年伴随“数字福建”建设起步的福建省公共数字文化工程,在新技术驱动、社会需求拉动、国家政策推动下走出了一条“集中”与“联合”相融合之路,并在基础设施平台统一建设、资源协同平台统一支撑、标准规范统一选择应用以及智能化服务开展、大数据技术应用等方面进行了有益探索与创新实践,形成了前期认识与经验。未来该工程将围绕国家公共数字文化工程融合创新发展要求,夯实现有基础,完善协作功能与机制,健全适用技术应用,提高工程集约化程度,实现与国家平台的有效对接,促进福建省公共文化服务体系建设再上新台阶。参考文献7。

Some Thoughts on the Development of Fusion and Innovation for Fujian Public Digital Cultural Project under the New Situation

Fujian Public Digital Cultural Project started with the construction of“Digital Fujian”in 2000.Driven by new technology,social demand and national policy,we have found a way to integrate“centralization”and“alliance”.Useful exploration and innovative practices have been carried out in such unified construction of infrastructure platform,unified support of resource collaboration platform,unified selection and application of standards and specifications,intelligent service development,and big data technology application.Thus,early understandings and experience take shape.In the future,we will focus on the development requirements of fusion and innovation for National Public Digital Cultural Project.We will lay a solid foundation for its realization and improve its collaborative functions and mechanisms.We will perfect the application of applied technology,enhance the intensification of project.We will fully dock with the national platform and promote the construction of Fujian public cultural service system to a new level.7 refs.
