法学教育的基础性矛盾论析——关于法学教育的宪政学考察

法学教育的基础性矛盾主要表现在学校教育与社会需求之间的矛盾、教育目标的高期望值与现实法律人才需求多元化、大众化的矛盾、“经院式”教学模式与社会对法律人才应具备较强的实践技能的矛盾。造成这些矛盾的具体成因,既有教育观念上的问题,更主要的是政府高等教育管理体制上的问题。

The Analysis of Fundamental Contradiction in Law Education——the Constitutional Research on the Law Education

The fundamental contradiction in law education mainly expresses in such contradictions as school education and social demands,the high expectation from the education goal and the multiple,popular need in law talents,the classical teaching mode and the high practice skills needed in the society by the law talents.The concrete causes of these are due to the education value,but mostly are because of the management system in higher education.
