| 摘 要： | 近年来,我国法学教育规模的过度膨胀已经导致毕业生供求比例严重失衡,国家司法考试制度建立后,法学教育的这种窘境更加突出。因此,理顺法学教育与司法考试的关系,建立法学教育与司法考试的良性互动,不仅可以促进法学教育改革,也可以进一步完善国家司法考试制度。

| Abstract: | The excessive inflation of legal education have caused to education of resources wasted,competition order depredated in recent years, the proportion of supply and demand of the graduate student is out of balance seriously,resulting in the purpose of legal education not clear and definite,legal education becomes disjointed with law occupation.After the national judicatory examines system establish,this kind of embarrassing situation of legal education is more outstanding.Therefore,reconsidering legal education can not only change the present conditions radically,but also manage agreeable the relation between legal education and judicatory examination,establish positive interaction,and promotes the reformation of legal education,then perfects judicatory examination system |
