| 摘 要： | 职业化、专业化和人的现代化是高职人才培养的三维质量标准。职业化强调用户的视角及其质量标准;专业化强调高职专业教育的规律性和内在的质量标准;人的现代化强调超越工具性,寻求人的现代性不断增长的具体目标。高职人才培养的三维质量标准体现了外适性、内适性和个适性的协调与统一。
