| 摘 要： | 高校教育要适应建立“社会主义法治国家”的要求，就必须从学校教育理论和实践两个层面都高度重视法制教育，包括完善素质教育理论，强化法律素质；建立科学的高校法制教育课程体系；努力探索学校法制教育的有效途径和方法；营造良好的法制教育校园环境。

| Abstract: | Higher education is supposed to pay strong emphasis on legal education at both educational theory and practice aspects in order to adapt to the requirement of "law-governed socialist state", which involves improvement of theory of quality-oriented education, reinforcement of legal quality, establishment of scientific curriculum for legal education in higher schools, research on effective approaches and methods as well as construction of sound campus environment of legal education. |
