| 摘 要： | 法律诊所教育以学生为中心,让学生参与真实案件,是注重和强调培养学生法律意识、技能及职业的实践性教学环节。它有利于培养学生分析问题、解决问题的能力,有利于调动学生的学习主动性和积极性。法律诊所教育是克服法学教育现存弊端、培养合格法律专业人才的有效途径。因此,对改革和发展我国法学教育体系具有积极的意义。

| Abstract: | Clinical legal education is student-orientated and the students have chance to take part in the real cases.It is a part of teaching practice that stresses students' legal consciousness improvement,professional skills.It helps cultivate students' ability in analyzing and solving problems,improve students' learning initiative.It is effective in overcoming the traditional defaults in legal education,cultivating high-level professional talents.Clinical legal education offers a valuable new approach to the reform of legal education. |
