试论当前我国权力腐败的法治原因

用法律控制权力，使权力在社会发展中发挥积极的作用，抑制其消极的作用，是遏制腐败的重要保证。但是，我国有很多重要的法律没有制定出来，法律体系尚不完善，还没有形成完备、高效的监督权力及廉政执法机制，掌权和普通公民的法律素质和法律意识还远远不够，守法观念依然欠缺，从而为权力腐败提供了滋生曼延的机会。

On the Law Reason of Corruption in Our Country at Present

To control power using the law,exerting its active role a nd checking its passive role, which assures the supervision. But many important laws are not established so that the jurisprudence is not maturing, and the right mechanism of executing the law is not established yet.The law stuff and consciousness of the hierarchy and common civi lians are not enough, their intention of keeping the peace is short. All of thes e provide the corruption with the chance of growing and expanding.
