本科学前教育专业实践基地建设的思考

摘    要:根据幼教事业发展需要,本科院校在学前教育专业人才培养中要突出实践能力的培养,因此,本科院校要加强实践基地建设。但当前本科院校学前教育专业实践基地建设普遍存在校内实训体系不完备,无法形成校内外一体化见实习;校外实践基地选择缺乏针对性,没有与校内实训体系形成功能互补;高校和实践基地没有积极互动,没有达到双赢等突出问题。为此,本科院校在实践基地建设中应加强校内实训体系的建设,突出实践基地的办学特色,主动为实践基地提供指导和服务。

Thoughts on Construction of Practice Base for Undergraduate Preschool Education Majors

Abstract:It is a practical requirement that practical skills must be highlighted in the cultivation of talents for preschool education, which demands the establishment of practice bases. However, the current on-campus training system is not completed enough to realize the integration of on-campus and off-campus practice; off-campus bases fails to complement the on-campus training system; a double-win result for colleges and practice bases has not been achieved. Consequently colleges and universities should enhance on-campus training system and stress the specialty of practice bases by offering instructions and services.
