职业教育“类型”确立的追问与行动策略

随着《国家职业教育改革实施方案》对“职业教育与普通教育是两种不同教育类型,具有同等重要地位”的确认和肯定,职业教育进入了后类型化时代。这是职业教育发展过程中具有分水岭意义和值得载入史册的标志性事件。其意义是:肯定了职业教育类型建构的长期探求努力,确认了职业教育在国民教育结构体系中的独特地位,认同了职业教育不可替代的价值功能,赋予了职业教育自成一格的发展空间。职业教育“类型”的确认是有依据和条件的,即“类型”是体系化的类型,“类型”是特色化的类型,“类型”是保障性的类型。类型视野下我们需要确定职业教育发展新的行动策略:整合指导策略,特色行动策略,创新超越策略,示范创建策略。

Inquiry and Action Strategy of Vocational Education "Type"

With the confirmation and affirmation of"vocational education and general education are two different types of education and have equal important status"in National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan,vocational education has entered the post-type era.This is a landmark with watershed significance and worthwhile to be recorded in the history of vocational education.Its significance is:it affirms the long-term exploration efforts of vocational education type construction,confirms the unique status of vocational education in the national education structure system,recognizes the irreplaceable value function of vocational education,and endows vocational education with its own development space.There are basis and conditions for the confirmation of vocational education type.That is,the type is systematic,characteristic,and security type.From the perspective of type,we need to determine the new action strategies for the development of vocational education:integrated guidance strategy,characteristic action strategy,innovation and transcendence strategy,demonstration and creation strategy.
