| 摘 要： | 积极推进我国高校现代远程教育的发展、改革和创新,必须从我国国情和实践出发,也要借鉴国外现代远程教育发展积累的经验,该文从办学体系、发展定位、教学模式、学习资源、支持服务、质量保证、政策法规和发展趋势等维度,比较分析了中外现代远程高等教育的发展情况,并思考了"发展远程教育和继续教育,建设全民学习、终身学习的学习型社会"的有关对策措施及建议。
