民营中小企业发展的问题及对策——以山东省菏泽市为例

以菏泽为例,对民营中小企业的发展进行了系统、深入研究。首先从企业竞争力、建设布局、企业主素质、发展资金、资源优势五个方面分析了企业存在的问题,特别指出了支撑菏泽民营中小企业发展的资源优势渐趋消失的问题;其次从提升产业层次与水平、加快技术支持平台建设、提高企业主素质、拓宽融资渠道、恢复资源优势、发展特色产业集群、打造地方明星企业等方面提出了解决的办法与思路,尤其强调了提升产业聚集度和立足本地企业打造地方明星的措施。

Research to The Development of Heze Private SMEs

"Unswervingly encourage,support and guide non-public sector"is a big task raised by the 17th report.Therefore,we should study the problems and difficulties existing in the private SMEs seriously,and then take specific measures to resolve them individualy.The article studis these aspects systematically and profoundly for Heze example.First,it analyses the problems existing in these enterprises from the five aspects,such as competitiveness of enterprises,construction,distribution,business owners quality,development finance,resource advantages etc.It specially stresses that the resources advantages supporting the development of SMEs in Heze disappeared gradually.Second,it put forward some proposed solutions and ideas as for upgrading the industrial level and the level of technical support platform to accelerate construction and improve the quality of business owners,broaden the financing channels and restore its advantages in resources and the development of specialized industrial clusters,build local star enterprises etc.It particular emphasizes on the upgrading of industries gathered based on local enterprises and create local star measures.
