大学生社区志愿服务长效机制建设——以宁波大学为例

大学生社区志愿服务是青年志愿服务、社区志愿服务的重要内容,也是大学生综合素质培养重要平台。在当前志愿服务事业大发展背景下,其长效发展意义重大。以宁波大学为例,通过相关调研所得的数据和实例,将内在社会认识、激励机制、保障机制和组织管理机制作为切入点,通过分析其长效机制建设的现状、存在的问题及其根源,从政府、社会、社区和高校等不同纬度提出建立长效机制的对策。

Research on the Long-term Mechanism of College Students’ Volunteer Community Service---Taking Ningbo University as an Example

The college students’ volunteer service for community is a vital part to both youth and community volunteer service, and it’s an important platform to train the comprehensive quality of universi-ty students as well. Nowadays, with the fast development of volunteer service, it will really make sense. The article is based on data and examples to analyze the present condition and the living problem of mechanism as well as its origin, and this passage also means to put up some countermeasures of building effective mechanism, using the external dynamic mechanism, incentive mechanism, security mechanism and management mechanism as the breakthrough point.
