| 摘 要： | 高等学校思想政治理论课是对大学生进行思想政治教育的主渠道.去年以来,中央制定了一系列加强思想政治理论课的措施要求,提出要实施新的课程方案.这是中央在新的历史条件下加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的一项重大决策,也是高校教学中一项重大而紧迫的任务.为此,市委教育工委、市教委确立了"全面实施、强化基础、提高水平、保持领先"的工作思路,将思想政治理论课作为加强大学生思想政治教育的8项工程之一,在学科和课程体系建设、教材建设与管理、教育教学改革、师资队伍建设等方面进行了全面部署,强化指导与建设力度,推动新方案的全面实施.
