| 摘 要： | 学科管理有其应然之道,可较好解决现代大学的发展问题。然而,学科管理并未在现代大学管理中获得应有身份,且很大程度与占据主导地位的学科建设等界限模糊。通过分析学科管理现状及其与大学发展间的关系,兼顾考虑大学实施学科管理存在的障碍,提出运用革新学科理念、组建链网体系、构建管理单元、巧用借鸡生蛋、寻求制度支持等方法来求解学科管理之＂道＂,进而使实施学科管理成为现代大学发展蹊径。
