基于AHP法的城市道路交通安全模糊评价研究

摘    要:以道路交通安全影响因素—人、车、路、环境及管理为前提,依据系统工程学原理,确定了城市道路交通安全评价指标体系,采用层次分析法确定评价指标的权重,建立了模糊综合评判模型,划分城市道路交通的安全等级,并结合福州市实例进行评判计算,确定该城市的道路交通安全等级.评价结果表明,该方法的评价结论可信,可以对城市的道路交通安全水平做出合理的定性评价.

Abstract:Based on the factors such as people,vehicle,road,environment and traffic management that affect road traffic safety,evaluation index system of urban road traffic safety is established according to systematic engineering theory,the weights of assessment indices are determined by using AHP,and fuzzy synthetic evaluation model is also established.The grades of city road traffic safety are differentiated.Taking Fuzhou as a case,evaluation computation is carried on to determine the grade of traffic safety of urb...
