| 摘 要： | 以道路交通安全影响因素—人、车、路、环境及管理为前提,依据系统工程学原理,确定了城市道路交通安全评价指标体系,采用层次分析法确定评价指标的权重,建立了模糊综合评判模型,划分城市道路交通的安全等级,并结合福州市实例进行评判计算,确定该城市的道路交通安全等级.评价结果表明,该方法的评价结论可信,可以对城市的道路交通安全水平做出合理的定性评价.
